Annie Abrams is thrilled to be playing Bianca in Play On Podcasts’s production of Amy Freed’s “Taming of the Shrew”. Theatre credits include Miss Mackintosh in THE SUNSHINE BOYS, opposite Danny DeVito and Judd Hirsch (CTG, Ahmanson Theatre), Vanda in VENUS IN FUR (ETC), Tamsin in THE MONSTER BUILDER (South Coast Rep), Pamela/Margaret/Annabella in THE 39 STEPS (TheatreWorks), Brooke in NOISES OFF (La Mirada Theatre), and Philia in A FUNNY THING HAPPENED ON THE WAY TO THE FORUM (Reprise).

She most recently played the role of Katya in the Laguna Playhouse’s premiere of “Staged” opposite the legendary Rita Rudner. She has performed in staged readings of new works at CTG, the Pacific Playwrights Festival (SCR), and the Ojai Playwrights Conference. TV credits include “Major Crimes,” “How I Met Your Mother,” “True Blood,” and “King of Queens.” Annie is an L.A. native and received a B.A. in drama from Stanford University.
