Kt Vogt

K.T. Vogt has recently returned to Los Angeles after being an acting company member at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival for 14 seasons. Some of her favorite roles while there include Toinette in The Imaginary Invalid (also directed by Tracy Young); Falstaff in the Merry Wives of Windsor; the Duchess of York in Richard II; Jessie in the world premier of Sweat by Lynn Nottage; Launce in The Two Gentlemen of Verona; Mrs. Rittenhouse in Animal Crackers; Mrs. Potter in The Cocoanuts, and many more. She also played Anne Marie in A Doll’s House, Part 2 at the Rogue Theater Company.

Before going to OSF, she’s performed in Los Angeles in A Streetcar Named Desire (South Coast Repertory); Reckless (Tamarind); Bingo! the Musical (Hermosa Beach Playhouse); The Monkey Planet Project (West Coast Ensemble); The Case of the B-Team Cheerleader (Stella Adler Theater); Working (Golden Theater); Psycho Beach Party (Saint Genesius); and The Great Magoo (24th Street Theater).
K.T. has received best actor and ensemble awards from Drama Logue and the L.A. Weekly and a Falstaff Award for Launce.
Some of her television and movie credits include Doc Hollywood, Puppet Master, Conspiracy Theory, Lonesome Dove 2, Those She Left Behind, The Ellen show, The Tom Show, Wings and she is also the voice of Washu in the American version of Tenchi, an animated series.
She is blessed with a loving husband Paul and daughter Audrey, who fill her with joy and wonder on a daily basis.
