Lloyd Suh is the author of The Chinese Lady, Bina’s Six Apples, Charles Francis Chan Jr.’s Exotic Oriental Murder Mystery, The Wong Kids, American Hwangap, Jesus in India, and many others, including Exclusion, commissioned by Atlantic Theater Company, and The Heart Sellers, which will open at Milwaukee Rep in 2023.

His work has been produced across the US, and internationally in the Philippines and South Korea. Honors include the Horton Foote Prize, Herb Alpert Award, Helen Merrill Award, Guggenheim Fellowship, Off-Broadway Alliance Award, and the Lilah Kan Red Socks Award. He was elected to the Dramatists Guild Council in 2016. As an actor, he has appeared in the feature films Dark Matter, with Meryl Streep and Aidan Quinn, and The Year of the Fish, with Ken Leung and Randall 'Duk' Kim.
